Festivals from a child’s point of view means fun, feasts, presents, new clothes, dancing, singing, rituals, blessings and happiness.
The Pre-Primary and Primary kids of Vidya Vikas Academy had a special assembly to celebrate the festivals of ‘Eid – ul –Fitr’ and ‘Ganesh Chaturthi’ with great joy and enthusiasm enacting both the tradition and the festivities.
The students participated with great fervor and joy in their hearts to celebrate Eid. The students enacted a small skit expressing the importance of the festival and recited NAMAZ and prayer song devoted to ‘Allah’.
Ganesh Chaturthi will be celebrated for 21 days in the month of September, 1st and 2nd September being the main days of the festival. The students performed Ganesh Pooja and recited Aarti. A student enacted as Lord Ganesh and the story of Lord Ganesh was read out.
The students distributed sweets as a part of this festival. The mood and atmosphere at VVA was very festive and blissful. We at VVA wish you all ‘Eid Mubarak’ and a happy ‘Ganesh Chaturthi’.
