Our School participated in the All India Inter-School Drama Festival 2011 celebrating Rabindranath Tagore's 150th Birth Aniversary. It was conducted by the Central School of Speech and Drama, suppoted by the British Council.Jude Sales (9 A) wrote the winning script - a one act play based on Tagore Story 'Shiburam'. We have now been invited to participate in the Drama Festival to be held in September in Kolkatta. Other students who also submitted their scripts were Karen Pereira, Sagorika Mazumdar, Karthika Pai Vernekar and Sarojini Fernandes. Mrs. Pamela Torcato, English Teacher and school co-ordinator for this event guided the students.
