We were privileged to have Shri Eduardo Faleiro, Commissioner for NRI Affairs visit our school on the morning on April 9th 2011. His contribution to Goa and our country makes us proud and is an outstanding example for our youth to emulate. 
As he went around the school, Shri Faleiro was deeply appreciative of the efforts of the Management of Vidya Vikas Mandal and repeatedly mentioned that schools across the country should be of the standard and have the infrastructure and ambience of Vidya Vikas Academy. Shri Eduardo Faleiro was later felicitated at a function to mark the 75th Birth Anniversary of the late Shri H. M. N. Gaunekar, Founder President of Vidya Vikas Mandal.
