Julian wins Science Exhibition

State Council of Educational Research and Training, Goa; in collaboration with Goa Science Centre, Miramar; organized a ‘State Level Science Exhibition for INSPIRE Awardees’ on 18^th, 19^th, and 20^th May 2011.
Julian D’Costa, a Standard 7 student of Vidya Vikas Academy, Margao, was adjudged first in the order of merit for his project on ‘Pollen Size and Allergy’.

The top six place winners from this exhibition will go to the National level Exhibition to be held in New Delhi.

“I am absolutely delighted. I had hopes of qualifying for the Nationals but I never expected to come first.” said Julian D’Costa.

VIDYA VIKAS ACADEMY EXCELS

For the 6^th year in succession, pupils of Vidya Vikas Academy secured 100 % results at the ICSE Board Examination. A school with a difference, with a dedicated staff and a supportive management, that’s what brings consistently good results, year after year.
VAIBHAVI PRABHUDESAI did us proud with 97%. Nine pupils scored above 90%, 18 pupils score distinctions and 9 pupils secured a first class.
